    I'm currently working on a media room that is going to be 2 rows of chairs. I want the second row to be a higher level so they can see over the first row.
    The problem is i don't know how much i have to build up the second level.
    Any of you guys who have dedicated media rooms, it would be very much appreciated if you could post how much your second level is built up.
    I will post a pic of my room once i have a chance.

    Best answer for that is it depends. Lots of variables go into riser height if you want it done correctly. Screen size, distance, proximity of back / side walls. Then accustics is a whole other discussion.
