While I applaud your 3D printing efforts, I'll offer possible alternatives:

https://flippers.com/catalog_oc/ratchet-and-shaft-p-5567.html?search=7548 (if you just need the shaft)

There are actually different actuators as shown at:
https://online.fliphtml5.com/vrtyz/zlqw/#p=13
so double check which one you need before you order. I suspect that the shafts are all the same.
