Not sure if there has been much speculation in what upgrade the LE MBR would have. Thought it would be fun to throw out ideas and speculation. I think this title would be awesome with some glow in the dark ink for the playfield. And I don't know if it exists but glow in the dark powder coat for the trim would be awesome. Or just glow in the dark paint. I think CGC killed it with the AFMLE and I hope to see killer upgrades on the next game. I know it is unknown what game is next, but MBR seems likely

CGC and PPS have indicated that there will be even more enhancements going forward on the next remake. I would imagine in addition to another killer topper, beautiful high resolution color dots, large display etc I could also see them doing something like having lighted inner art blades with a graveyard theme or something along those lines. I’m looking forward to seeing what they come up with!

    Maybe a Wolfman Bash toy!

Would like to see them remove the CD image from the playfield. I know a remake should be a faithful copy, but the CD dates the game; MMr and AFMr are more timeless.

Starting to sound like BBBr is next not MBr

Huh, really? I'd be pretty surprised, given the revived PC climate these days. I got to play and really did enjoy BBB at Pintastic the last couple years. I think MBr is probably a safer/vanilla title... Though, CGC may have committed to the BBB title before the "Me Too" thing began to warm up.

I'd be happy with either in my house.

Well, BBB is a original title, no licensing issues vs Monster Bash that would need a license....May play a role in how they choose? Would be a shame as I would be in for a MBr all day, but BBBr just isn't on my list....

Only about a week to go now and we will find out what remake #3 will be. Can’t wait for TPF!

I would be shocked if BBB is the next remake or for that matter a remake ever....very few have played the game (for the obvious reasons), and most who have played say its fun, but nothing special....from a business prospective it seems like MB would be a much safer bet

I’ve never seen or played a BBB. That would be an interesting choice but it would surprise me if they went that way for their next game. MB is an all-time classic. It would make sense for CGC to go for the low-hanging fruit first. Plus if MBr is the next remake we would have all 3 of the Bally-Williams games coded by Lyman.

No place better than Texas to announce CCr--but I'm not holding my breath

Agree on both! I had an CC back in early 2000's and miss it. I also had a MB but don't miss it at all. Bring on CCr!

New and exciting technology? ...but no announcement at TPF!

Sad to hear. A hard decision, but if it isn't ready.

    LTG : )

That is very disappointing. I was really looking forward to seeing what it was.

It's sounding more and more like CCr or I should say not MBr, reading this IMHO. What would be the new MBr technology? CC was unfinished and needs a lot of "new" development.

    What a major bummer.

Where do you get that it’s CCr?

I'd rather they take their time and deliver a finished fully tested product instead of rushing them out with issues down the road.

I agree. I really thought it was going to be MBr but if that was the case they probably wouldn’t have delayed the reveal given the time they’ve already had to prepare, but who knows. CCr with new unproven code would make more sense. It’s a shame for them since TPF is the best place to reveal a game in my opinion if you want to make a big splash.

Oh well. I was on the fence trying to decide between MBr or MMr to go along with my AFMr. MM is a slightly better game but MBr likely would have been a slightly better machine given the newer enhancements. I don’t have as much interest for the other titles so will probably get a MMr.

MMR is great. I put 1400 games on it in the first year I had it.
