Quoted from perryd:check wiring, diodes, and cold solder joints on both of those switches. Could be cold solder joint or something wire coming
off one of the SW. Also check continuity from these switches going back to CPU board. Should be an easy fix.

thanks. I'm going to have someone help me check it. I agree has to just be something loose as it was working fine and then just stopped. I ran the switch test and it won't move Frank.
Do the switches work in switch test? I.e. if you trigger them by hand while in switch test will they show up on the DMD? If not, it's probably a loose wire but if yes check out this thread https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/monster-bash-frank-updown-bank-tech
