Does anyone know if a modern pinball machine will fit in the current body style of a Mazda CX-5?

My old Equinox had a 32 inch back door which was fine. I measured the CX5 and unfortunately it was pretty short.

I had a 2015 CX 5 GT. Fit a Demo Man. It was tight, but it happened. Comet (System 9) no issues.

Probably couldn’t fit a Gottlieb DMD.

    Peace,

Site appears to be down/owned. Just popups there now.

Current Sterns are larger than a 90s B/W? How tall are they with the head down?

Think he meant current model cx-5 body.
They’ve lowered the roofline over the years. I know a 2016 will fit but the newer model, doubtful

I have a 2019 CX-5. I was able to transport a capcom pinball magic just fine from Ohio all the way back to New Jersey.

It was tight going in, but once situated, there was plenty of room to spare. The capcom cabs are slightly taller than WPC cabs, so it should be easier to fit in a Williams/Bally game--though I haven't tried yet.

I wouldn't expect a Gottlieb System 3 game to fit unless you put it in sideways. The cabinet is just too deep. Much deeper than a capcom.

I have a 2019 CX5 and tried to pick up a Stern Munsters. The roof line was too low. Had to take off the head to transport it.
