    Ha, outed.

    #4 11 years ago

Could that possibly be for the existing Star Trek game, or is this specific to the new movie coming out?
My guess is you've unearthed some evidence proving that this is one of Sterns next titles.

    Nice one Sherlock!

Assuming you mean the Data East pin, that thought had occurred to me too. But, not sure why they'd carry the license for that.

    Quoted from beatmaster:

those are the licensees for 2012?

Not sure on the date there, but I have checked that page before and don't remember seeing them on there. It's been a while though since I had checked.

    #8 11 years ago

probably for the new movie. it would be a great license

    #9 11 years ago

Yipee! Spock, theremustbe a way. Iiiii need more Funds!!!

    #10 11 years ago

wow, way to go finding that one!

    #11 11 years ago

Wait! You mean Stern might make a Star Trek pin?

    #12 11 years ago

It's hard to imagine they'd publish a list of dead licenses. I think this means what you think this means.

    #13 11 years ago

    Nice job detective.

    #14 11 years ago

could this be for some parts (in the past) they still have and sell?

    #15 11 years ago

Using the wayback machine, it looks like that appeared around September:

Boy o boy if they had this big a license they would need a great designer and programmer team to head it up.

They have the guy who made STTNG..Mr Ritchie..he will suffice haha...let's just hope the rules can live up to the layout...

    I'm not a fan of Star Trek or 7-8000 dollar LE's anyhow...so I'm out before I'm in..haha

    Make it so!

    #28 11 years ago

Williams is on there with slot machines as well. I thought that is what he was talking about until I counted up to Stern. Nice find.

    Same here! I'd LOVE to have one anyway . . . but I'm "Pin-Broke"!!!!

    #30 11 years ago

Kind of funny that Gary's insistance on doing licensed pins just blew up in his face. I wonder if he will ask for pre buy money. Maybe offer "serial" numbers that match a DE Star Wars.

    Niiiiiice.

Well I have to say I am interested to see how this game will turn out... And chances are it will not have an LCD.

I thought it was interesting that Farsight Studios were on the list too. They are the developer of Pinball Arcade. I've seen some rumours on the Pinball Arcade boards about them releasing newer Stern tables on the game at the same time as the machines come out. Maybe it will happen with this one?

Also, why are Planetary Pinball on the list for 'pinball machine replacement parts'?

Farsight is on there for their ST:TNG recreation, I'm sure...

    #43 11 years ago

Oh right, that makes sense. I thought this was a list of licenses for the new movie, but it's the whole franchise. Which also explains why Planetary are on there for STTNG repro bits.. I'll go back to bed

I think it will! and if it does and is a great game-should be with Ritchie and Sheets doing there best I want one NIB.

Funny how that could apply to some people's opinion of Gary.....

"Hangin's too good for him......burnin's too good for him......he oughta be torn into little bitsy pieces and then buried alive!!!"

    #46 11 years ago

Well if that does not settle it.

    #47 11 years ago

then scroll 4 "above" Stern and there is Planetary Pinball, too.

Yes but for "Pinball Machine Replacement Parts".

    Stern is for "Pinball Machines".
