Wow. That paddle wheel is on steroids! Never seen one go that fast. Are you sure the same size motor and other item sizes were put in? Can't understand how it could go that fast unless the wrong motor or pulley wheels (What the O Ring travels on) were the wrong size. I'll look at mine tomorrow to see if I can come up with any other ideas to help you out.

What was the issue? This way others can learn from it possibly in the future.

I took a q-tip and shoved lithium grease inside on the gears. It made a difference with the noise. I wish it could be eliminated but something with the gears is just odd. They just mesh wrong I think and therefore make noise.
