I think I remember the infinite ball save as being a software bug. One of the technical bulletins discussed it. May not be the same issue. Will try to look for you.

After a long hunt, I found a topper on ebay. had to pay $150 but I was tired of waiting/looking. Hey, it's Christmas time.

Anyone with a topper already on have any close up pics of how it is attached?

It is supposed to be on the front post only.

Try 1-800-KIC-KERS?

Can anyone tell me what type of rivet (part number if possible) and tool(s) I need to attach the topper to the L brackets?

Quoted from septicman:

Alright, you've convinced me The part is listed as 180-5116-00 (www.actionpinball.com/parts.php?item=180-5116-00) but it seems that might have been superseded by 180-5116-01 (www.actionpinball.com/parts.php?item=180-5116-01). In your experience, would the '01' be okay?
Also, if you do have a chance, could you advise me on whether I need to remove the entire innards to do the replacement? Cheers!

The 01 works fine. I have it in mine.
