Set your DMM to lowest ohm range, typically 200ohms. Put one lead on one end of the fuse, one on the
Other. It doesn't matter which way. Meter should read 0 or a couple of tenths.
IMPORTANT!! Do this with the power off.
Better yet, take the fuse out of the holder.
