E1 and E20 electrically connected. E5 is +5v. Since E20 and U1 not used in your setup it does not matter if E1 to E5 is in or not

E2 to E4 only for U1 ROM so don't care if you are not using it

E11 to E25 or E11 to E29 selects A14 or /A14 to U2 chip select 1. Pretty sure you want E11 to E29 for this setup so use Clay's guide's information.
