trying to get a board past the first flicker.

i have newly burnt 2716 Eproms at U2 and U6 on Bally -35 board.

clay guides say jumpers should be
1-5,2-4,7-8,10-12,11-29,13a-14,16a-18,31-32,33-35

game roms from IPDB say not to jump 1-5 or 2-4, and also 11-25 instead of 29

typically id just trust clay but
http://web.archive.org/web/20090209185521/http://pinrepair.com/bally/bally_read1st.txt says 11-25 as well.

if i could get a confirmation on which is correct that would be awesome.

i have new sockets with continuity checked, trying to narrow it down.
thanks in advance.

E1 and E20 electrically connected. E5 is +5v. Since E20 and U1 not used in your setup it does not matter if E1 to E5 is in or not

E2 to E4 only for U1 ROM so don't care if you are not using it

E11 to E25 or E11 to E29 selects A14 or /A14 to U2 chip select 1. Pretty sure you want E11 to E29 for this setup so use Clay's guide's information.
