Lots of Mass guys already get together at my place, Lanes and Games Arcade:
    http://www.lanesandgamesarcade.com/
We just started a summer league on Tuesday nights. There's still time to sign up next week if you missed last night. We also have a monthly tournament the second to last Friday of every month. The new Ghostbusters is set up and waiting for you if you haven't tried it yet.

    Quoted from Nokoro:

Hi Mike. I've been thinking I might want to try a tournament one of these days. Tuesday nights are bad for me, but coming up on a Friday every once in a while might work. I've never done a tournament. For the uninitiated, how do yours run? Do you have to sign up in advance? How long are they? Etc. Thanks!

No, just show up. We use the Pingolf format. Each machine is assigned a target score. Every player plays each game once. You attempt to achieve the score with the fewest balls possible and lowest score wins. $5 entry fee goes into the prize pool plus coin drop for the games. It starts at 7:00 and usually runs two hours or so.

That is a super line up. I played Shaarkey's Shoot out for the first time a few months ago. I really like the game. I have never seen it for sale though.

Make the owner an offer he's always looking for new games, maybe you have something to trade?

Anyone know if dialed in or stars wars will be coming anywhere in mass? I had alot of fun playing them at pintastic.

Star Wars will be at Flat Top Johnnys in Cambridge very soon

Thought I would chime in myself, recently got into pinball as a hobby, managed to get myself to A4cade, Flat Top Johnny's and the Springdale brewery as well as a few places in Seattle when I was out that way for work. Looking to get myself a NIB pin for the basement and wondered if anyone had any recommendations of a good distributor for up in Mass?

I'm Mike, the former owner of Lanes and Games Arcade in Cambridge. I also help maintain the pins at A4Cade and Flat Top Johhnys. I'll be glad to help you out with a new Stern. I set up and deliver personally. I sell at the Stern allowed minimum price. Thanks,
    Mike

Awesome, this sounds like just what I'd need for getting my first pin. I'll give you a call in the next few days.
Looking to get Ghostbusters Premium, aware of some of the issues that people have raised with it but managed to play each of the different versions and each one has been a blast!
Thanks again for the quick response too!

Hey Chris, I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks!
