Hey folks. Nic from RPM here still working overtime like a madman.
Great thread! So cool to see so many awesome pinball venues in the mid-Atlantic that I'd love to visit. My peeps back in Texas can drive for DAYS and not find half as many pinball halls as we have here. Though they do have quite a few prodigious private collections to enjoy.
As for RPM, we're angling for more "museum" than most, so our 65-ish games span 1932-present with plenty of EM's mixed in. I have to cater to an extremely wide range of guests because we are part of a larger arts & culture foundation and tourist destination. Pinheads & barcade visitors are actually in the minority here. Tourists and curious guests outnumber us, so I tune the collection for a more mass-appeal experience (but with enough special treats for us mixed in).
We want to get back to our "Get Tilted" bar nights with contests and prizes but, you know, pandemic and all that. *sigh* so many plans ahead.
Coming up on August 22nd we will have an officially-sanctioned IFPA tournament. Y'all game?
