I have this problem once in a while. Maybe the opposite of what your describing. Maybe 1 in 10 rip past the hole. When it does happen, in my case, it's because the ball is moving crazy fast. I would guess your problem is your playfield isn't steep enough. I have mine set to just be able to make it up the stargate ramp on a well placed shot from the lower right flipper. I'm assuming your warbase hole isn't chewed up causing the problem? Have you checked your flipper coil to make sure it's the correct strength?
