Hi I am having a trouble with 2 light boards Gottlieb Sys 3 Super Mario Bros 1992. 1st is the coin 1,2,3,4 Ghost board and the 2nd is the Bullet 1,2,3,4 bonus board. No general illumination during diagnostic test and boards new lights and tested diodes with multimeter ?? Stumped 
lil help appreciated.
Do these lamp boards refuse to light at all, or is there a specific lamp that refuses to light up?
Do any other lamps along the same strobe work, or are those non-working as well?
