Ok, one more post from me on this with some situational updates. I just had a good conversation on the phone with Marco at Marco Specialties, and trying to sort this all out to a happy resolution. They don't have a pinside account but are aware of this thread and gave me permission to post up a summary of the discussion.
It essentially played out as I thought, they never had any inventory of this board and they show a history of zero items received and zero items sold. They tried to buy from me and did the listing early in anticipation of having inventory that never arrived. After I told them I can't sell them any of this design, they marked it as an inactive/unavailable item.
They thought my photo was of an original Chicago Coin board and left the inactive listing available for historical reference. They didn't understand initially that it was a new design and thought it was a 1 to 1 reproduction of the original piece.
Once they got wind of this thread and understood what was going on, their listing was deleted. They said they have not yet spoken to Zitt directly but have attempted to reach out to him, and will be more than willing to talk to him directly to work this out.
At this point I think we've come full circle on the topic. I'd like to motion for closure now unless the OP requests it to stay open.
