Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with Marco this week? I ordered a very small order last saturday and my order still hasn't shipped (5 days!). I called on Wens, and they said they were going to ship that day. I called again today (thurs) and they said they've been tied up and would ship later today.
Well, nothing on the tracking # and they haven't shipped my items yet. 5 Days and no effort to ship a simple order.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
