I recently posted another review of bad experiences I had with the services of another supplier and wanted to make time to communicate what fabulous service I have received from Marco Specialties.

Even though they are on the West coast and I am located on the East - if Marco Specialties had everything I need for my winter T2 restoration project - I would not buy anywhere else.

My experiences with Marco Specialties have been exceptional. Specifically:
1. Their web site is well built.
2. Inventory listed on the web site is extensive, maintained, and updated regularly.
3. They promptly respond to communications of all types - telephone, email, etc.
4. They offer multiple shipping options at fair prices.
5. They accept all major forms of payment - credit cards, and PayPal.
6. Order tracking is provided and communicated on shipments.
7. Shopping cart works well and holds items between orders.

In short, Marco is a well-run organization that clearly cares about delivering quality service and fair prices. If I were a pinball manufacturer I would strongly consider contracting with Marco to handle parts order fulfillment and focus my attention on my core business - Marco does a great job.

Thank you - and keep up the great work!!

Marco Specialties and their workers are great. The site is exceptional too. We thought out and designed. Easy to navigate and find what you need too. Have a problem, give them a call. A live person picks right up. I LOVE Marco!

I have only placed a couple of orders with Marco, but I have always gotten great service from them. I couldn't believe they took the time, effort and expense to print color labels for some of the parts I got... very cool. I'm sure all the barcodes and stuff are a big part of how they are able to keep track of the crazy huge number of parts they carry in inventory. They also gave me a free Marco luggage tag with my last order - a nice touch. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the parts I need are out of stock, but that's not really their fault and at least they are listed on the site with part numbers for reference. They are definitely a huge asset to the hobby. If you're reading this, thanks, Marco!

I sorta want to order the Marco step stool (to me it just screams legitimate pinball / arcade area)

They get them from IKEA for under $8.00

I could have sworn they are in South Carolina . But I agree they have great service.

Hey...for us up here in the Northeast, that might as well be the west coast.

Ok, so for whatever reason I believed they were in Cali - Thanks for correcting me Pin! In any case what he Beelzeboob said - where ever they are located - service is good!

Probably thinking of Bay Area amusements they are out if Cali. I love Marco they are by far the best to deal with

Great experiences with Marco here as well.

Must be hard to have such a robust inventory system.

Man I've spent thousands, and no luggage tag. WTF? Guess i'll have to talk to Steve at TPF

When I cannot find it anywhere else Marco usually has it.

This one is a puzzler..from any vendor..and
should be common as these can break often.

I also have say that I find Marco to be great to deal with. Quick to respond to emails, answer the phone and always are polite and helpful. Great web site and almost always seem to have what I need. Since I am also in SC when I place an order early one day I usually have it the next day! Shipping charges are very reasonable. Their customer service is great. Never had a problem that they didn't resolve promptly and to my complete satisfaction. You can't go wrong with Marco.

Marco is the bees' knees. I've ordered dozens of times, and at any given time I have items in my cart waiting for the word go. Impeccable customer service and a huge inventory make Marco one of my favorite sources.

Other faves are Pinball Life and Bay Area.

Great company. Top notch customer service and inventory.

AND
A great supporter of pinball expos all over the country.
Very happy to have them as a supporter of SFGE.

Marco Spec is my first go-to when I have a big list of parts worked up. Bay Area Amusements is a close second. Met a couple of the Marco vendors at CAX last year and they were great folks to have a drink with.

I agree with what others have said, but have to call this out especially:

Pinball Life is cheaper for some things (e.g. replacement DMDs), but no one's site is better than Marco's. Being in NC, their shipments arrive as fast as I could hope for and well-packaged/intact. The informative stickers on the bags are great for small parts you're not installing right away, too.

We're really lucky to have some great vendors supporting our hobby!

I found another thread in which someone jokingly said So Cal when talking about Marco (short for South Carolina?). That might have caused the confusion.

I love scanning their site. I have often found great stuff there, but man I wish they would reform their postage for international customers. I bet if someone on here wanted to set themselves up as a little Marco international forwarder they might just do ok for themselves.
