First thanks to pinsider Mudflaps for putting out this idea and if I end up making these as a mod he is getting a kit for free for the idea.
I am making a scoop and wireform kit for Led Zeppelin pros currently and Mudflap asked if I considered doing the same for the Mandalorian pro. I looked at the manual and both the pro and premiums use the same opto switch for that horshoe or scoop. I will verify this when I get home. Pictures are from the Zeppelin scoop I am doing right now.
I am looking to see if there is enough interest in such a mod. It will be the scoop and additional 2 wireforms. One from the scoop and one to the right flipper. There will be two options if I make these. If you have my previous rails you only need the 2 new ones and the scoop. If you still have plastic ramps you will need 3 ramps and a scoop.
Video is just me holding a wireform to test the scoop.

If your interested please let me know. If I get 10 people I will absolutely make them.

Great, thanks for the replies. I will make a set soon and post as it goes. I can use the scoop I made for Zeppelin, I did not want to sink time into a Mando version unless there was enough interest. The stainless plate will determine the costs on scoop. I will get on it once I get Zeppelin done.

I have to see what switch triggers the horse shoe exit shot. My guess in #59?
Pro does not have switch #55 which is the scoop shot on premium.
I have to see what switch is the exit one and then see if we can move it to the scoop or wireform I am adding. Code wise should not make a difference as long as its only one switch for horse shoe exit. I will try and see when I get home. Thanks as I just assumed it was just a switch move.

This is very cool though, if I ever get a Zeppelin I'd definitely add this. In fact, this mod kind of makes me want to pick up a Zeppelin more.

I am cutting stainless steel plate and making it a blocking wall. It will have a mount that goes into the switch hole and gets secured under the playfield. I see it in my head. I wont get to the Mando until the weekend. I am really looking forward to making this mod.

And I never gave Zeppelin pro a chance. I kept hearing Buffalo pinball podcast host saying how much he liked it. I played it at automated services on Monday and hes right. It really looks empty, but wow its just fun with great shots. If only they did ball lock in the Zeppelin. Amazing game by Steve.

If you have my rails already I will offer to modify your current rail to work with the additional mod. All you would need to do is mail me the left return rail I will modify it with new welded pieces needed to work with new mod for $20 and send it back to you with the new kit. It will cut $80 off the the total cost of mod.

I just need to verify that I can configure the new scoop rail to the existing left rail first.

And it starts tonight.. it really helps when I want the mod for myself.

I am going to try making it adaptable to my previous set first. Hoping it works!

Split time between mando and zeppelin. I have to figure out a non hideous way to have the switch moved to scoop:rail? I stopped and went to zeppelin to ponder... late night but made good progress.
Scoop is mounted with two screws and it replaces the metal blocker. I welded a tab on scoop to replace that blocker.

Question for everyone interested.

I am still working through mod. I did notice one issue with this. The premiums and le have selectable gate on this assembly. I think I know why. Any shot not strong enough, or a random shot towards scoop that is under powered will just roll back towards flippers after falling down scoop. Those same shots would roll around the curve easily. Is this a mod killer?? Please chime in.

I finally figured out a solution for ramps that solves my issues on all of my projects including Tron!
Instead of a transition ramp I have wireform lift ball. Its perfect. Taking a break, but heres the basic one in progress. Very happy.

Might be too much. Wont know until its sanded and polished. I think I need to 3d skull. Stopping for today, I need to add guides at lower part to finish. The ramp works...
I will make another one with no add ons. I just wanted to try the skull. There will be a simplified version very basic.

I am not able to make 180 degree looping ramps to my standards. I am at a point where I am bored with Mando and I have creative issues in my head. As a result I am going to remove the turn around ramp assembly and convert it into a 2 ramp shot fed into wireforms. I will also drop the main right ramp down into new wireforms. I have artistic demensia and this is next. Taped out basic idea of travel see picture. As designed there will be no wireforms running across.

Its a game that should not have plastic ramps going across the playfield, mine or Sterns. I am just bored of the game as all I have done is playtested wireforms on it for a year now. If I can make something unique for myself I will keep it. If I don’t I will sell or trade it. All I have ever done is playtest and fit test wireforms almost 400 times. (2 per set) and it has killed my interest in the game as a result. Its a beautifull game and one of the better star wars machines. Just stripped it down.. lets see what

Going to try and make a sarlacc pit wireform transfer in the rear corner. I want to have the two other new ramp shots incorporated as well. I see it in my head and theres alot of room to attempt it.

Thanks. Roughing it out now. The new insert ramp on the right side shoots upwards back on to the spiral wireform. I am working on a one way blocker that will stop the ball 3/4 of the way up and drop it to the new leftside wireform return. A weak shot would go up spiral and then fall to right return.. on paper and in my head it works. We will see.
