Curious what you would rather have?
Initially wanted Alien but after seeing the Mandalorian reveal thinking might want that instead.

Mandalorin.
Between the sketchy company business and every video looking like a snoozefest I'd rather have a Mando if you put a gun to my head.
Alien is a dream theme for me but the gameplay videos leave me cold. If I see one at a show I'll give it a spin and reevaluate.

I wouldn’t buy Alien until all the kinks have been worked out. Game still has issues.

That’s what I was thinking because I’m not very good at disassembling and trouble shooting pins.

Then 100% buy Mando.
Although I have both on the way, I suspect Alien (I had the old one as well) will hold more long term appeal. But like it was mentioned above, I would wait for the kinks to be ironed out.
But, you can definitely say that about any new pin if you are not comfortable tinkering.
I sold my Alien after a year.
It’s a great game but not a keeper for me.
Mandalorian looks pretty cool. Lay out and rules.

Then you'd have to be insane to be an early adopter on the first game from a brand new Italian pinball startup who are reproducing a game that was horribly unreliable in the first place.
So funny, I’ve been wrangling with this decision for the last 24 hours. I have been in on a Q2 Alien since December and just spent some time on Mando Pro yesterday and loved it. My gut tells me to hang on with Alien though….especially as they work the kinks out of manufacturing. But, Mando sure was a blast to play. The right ramp was almost impossible for me to hit, but I love the horse shoe shot right next to it. Even though the left ramp was crazy steep, I was able to nail it and even backhand it from the left flipper.
