Just some pics of my new man cave. I've been working on this for 5 years... started as bare studs basement

It's very cool. I'll have to admit, though...I would be trying to calculate how many pins I could put in there.

#9 3 years ago

I hear ya I’ve been doing mine .Did a lot of these over the years on the side time for me to have some fun!! Bought first pin weeks ago .I’ve just woken to pinball and it’s consuming me .That opening is going to house the cavalier 72 coke machine.Hopefully when I’m done there’s enough left for a second pin I made room for 4 but realistically going to take awile but I’m determined to fill the space !!!

That was my guess ... I haven’t seen ones like that before though.

If you want an adventure, head into a pachinko hall in deep dark Japan. You can hardly see the machines through the smoke haze, and your ears are bleeding from the sound of 10,000 tiny steel balls all dropping at the same time.

Quite the experience!

Nice BG Collection.

#19 3 years ago

Yeah those are two Pachinko machines with custom wall cabinets

#20 3 years ago
Quoted from Hyperion:Yeah those are two Pachinko machines with custom wall cabinets

Where did you get the pachinko machine cabinets? Do you they have an auto-ball lift?

#21 3 years ago

The white I bought off a now defunct website and painted myself. The orange one was made based off the white one by a coworker's carpenter father. I gave him the cabinet and he fabbed it then I painted it.
No ball lift, but easy fill feeder in top.

I'm not kidding!

#25 3 years ago

I beg your pardon ... that's a vintage condom dispenser/ filled with vintage condoms. (Not safe for use)

As someone who has covered their walls with an equal density of stuff, well done! Was not expecting to see a Star Light backglass tucked in there.
Glad to see someone giving Digital Underground the respect they deserve.

#29 3 years ago

Yeah picked that up on ebay awhile back $$$ not to bad I'm sure I could get more now.

those are mid-2000s digipachi pachinko machines. (meaning it's like a digital slot machine, controlled by the balls) Super affordable, and really fun to mount to walls.
It's a gambling machine in the home, so YMMV, but I love the aesthetics. Lots of gameroom people have slot machines and pachinkos to go with their pins.

#31 3 years ago

Where are all the pinball machines? I see 2 or is there another room? Wall decor looks great.

Check my profile page ... use to be lots more @ my old house. Since moving the market has shot to high ... waiting for the crash that's coming with the recession were going into.
