Different design - but it can, of course...we are looking at that....

Great work on this! Hard to tell how the drag compares to a standard spinner - does this rival an opto spinner?

Most definitely does...it's frankly surprising....and, guess what we did today....Tales From The Crypt got it's MRS spinner today! Game takes 3, but man they are tricky to get to!

As Matt said, just PM him and work out the details. Know what game you have and what switches you want to replace. Their motto should be, “If you love your pin, you’ll MRS it.” Using their product for almost all ramp switches in White Water
Quoted from TomDK:Intresting but what is it good for ?
I rebuild a Kingpin and a BBB and just used normal, switches spinners instead of optospinners and it works great.
The switchmatrix will not differe betwenn opto or switch.
There should be less drag on the spinner itself so it would spin more.
This will vary though depending on the game if its able to keep up - gottlieb system 1 can't when you change a plastic spinner to the metal type. Other early games might have issues as well... needs to be tested.

Yep...and on Airborne - I love to hit Mach 3 on that spinner - and with the conventional setup - there was too much drag - the spins improve about 50% from some very simple observations I've made by eliminating the physical connection....

Quoted from Oneangrymo:Can these switches be used to replace that ugly switch on my TS CE next to bo peep? (left ramp?)
I'm not too familiar with TS...message me a pic if you can - or post here a pic - let's see what you got....
Matt
Just put two of the ramp MRS switches on our Grand Lizard at work to replace the awful through playfield hinged leaf switches on the two ramps. Works great and able to fully disconnect the gates on both ramps for smoother play -- best of all, no more having to reach under and reattach the pull-up on the switch every 3-4 days! Great product and I'm sure we'll be buying more down the road!
