Australia (I used to live there) is still kicking with the mall arcades--there's a whole chain of them under the 'Timezone' brand. Some of them are street retail (another thing the US doesn't have), but many are in malls of various sizes. They generally have a pin or two, but a few have a larger lineup depending on the franchisee: Timezone Gold Coast has about 8 pins, including all the most recent Sterns. Heck, they often have doubles of the newest game.
