I am looking to make a new ramp for my Space Station while I'm restoring it. The old one is beat and although I can fix it, it is still brittle yet and seems like it is going to crumble.

I am looking to make a thermoformed ramp out of Lexan but I'm not exactly sure what I want to make the initial mold in. The problem I face is that the old ramp is very thin at spots and, of course, it goes up about 2-3 inches. I tried making a plaster mold to be my forming block but had a small issue with the plaster breaking. Is there something simpler I'm missing?

Wasn't sure if anyone had any experience with this at all.

My Space Station ramp is broken too.

I agree, the ramp seems thin and brittle.

I'm not sure how I'll do a repair just yet. That project is WAY down the list for me right now.

I used a 2 part epoxy and Drywall mesh for reinforcement. I sanded it smooth then spray painted it. I need to find a good picture of the finished ramp to share.
