Vid
I have a question.
So I ordered the 20ga mirror finish stainless from masters. It measures .030. I then measured the thickness of the guide on a Data East Secret Service and it is .048. I assume the ,030 wont work for this guide. So depending on the game or manufacturer, some difference can be expected. Right?

Quoted from vid1900:

The easiest way is to just take the broken wireform up to the hardware store or welding shop and match it up.
Grab a handful of rod, the stuff is so cheap.
The stainless welding rod is already pretty nicely finished, but you can use some Green compound if you want it mirror.
I've seen 3 different size wire guides, and I'm sure there are more in the world.

I am referring to sheet metal guides not rod wire. I just wanted to see if .030 would work for .048 on this game. Also wanted to inform others that there might be different thickness out there.

Quoted from vid1900:

Is it a structural part, or just guide to a chute?
Got a pic?

Here is the left side guide. Same material as the right side I am working with.
