I have nothing but more great things to say about Clive at the Coin-Op Cauldron. This man does fantastic work and consistently provides second-to-none customer service. Happy to report another great experience working with him on a very unusual board issue.

Basically the sound board in my Lethal Weapon 3 failed on me. I sent it off to him, he had it repaired within two days, and it was back in my hands fully working in less than a week of its original failure. He made a point to move me closer in the work queue because it was a single board with a simple repair but he went the extra mile and replaced additional capacitors as well as the power header. This is a location game that ran perfectly fine over the weekend, but for some bizarre reason it developed the exact same problem soon after. I called him a second time and after some further troubleshooting we determined the board was once again at fault. He was happy to cover it under his 60 day work guarantee.

So I sent the board back and got the same fast turnaround, the second time it was a different fault that involved completely different components. His work remained professional looking and now the game is working flawlessly. Clive is really a stand-up individual that will make it right every time, I have never had a bad experience with him. He told me this type of back-to-back failure is very unusual, it happens in less than 1 in 100 repairs. Anyone who needs board work of any kind, I would firmly recommend Clive's services!
