Are you saying that all 4 sets of score reels are constantly resetting or is it just the Player 1 score reels?
If it’s just Player 1 or even 2 sets and they’re not temporarily stopping at zero, then check the Zero position switch on all the reels involved and make sure they are clean and not stuck closed. Those zero switches need to open when the reels are at zero to stop the resetting.
