Williams, 1996If I remember correctly, that's the sound the game makes when you slam the coin door. It looks like the fireball ramp switch is triggering the slam switch. If you take a look at the switch matrix in the manual, they're both in the same row.
I'm a repair novice, but hopefully this helps get you in the right direction.
