ebay.com link: Magic Girl Pinball Machine NIB

Lets have some fun with this, so here we go!

Person who guesses to closest to the actual final price on Ebay for the Magic Girl wins a wonderful trophy. The only benchmark we have is what Special K paid for his Magic Girl, $23,000. There have been rumors of a couple more changing hands for higher, but who knows.

Rules are only one guess per person/Pinside Acct. and the final guess will be shut off 30 minutes prior to auction close, Monday May 1st at 1:11pm, central time.

Trophy will have a special message for the winner!

Happy guessing!

Contest is null and void if the seller ends the auction early. Participation may vary. Check with your state for rules and regulations. No purchase necessary.

I will make the 1st guess, $24,858.00

We do all realize that this game is likely to be bid up by current owners, let's say one in particular, that would probably do something like this in order to raise the apparent value of their machine. With no obligation to actually pay at conclusion of the auction. The person could even create fake ebay accounts sort of like they have done with multiple pinside accounts over the years. Just saying this is not likely to be a great assessment of the market is my guess.

My guess is that it will be sold to an undisclosed buyer before the auction ends for an undisclosed price.

If I were selling it that is what I would do. I'd be too concerned the auction winner would back out of payment. Already there seem to be a lot of bids by people that aren't really interested/serious in owning the game based on the comments in the other thread, they are just bidding to say they were on the bid list.

If they do, it would be RAZA or AIW. There will be no more MG's.

Considering it's history, I bid never Bob.

I suspect reputable companies wouldn't touch that at all. Not to mention try to clean it up so it works and balls can get to places they were intended.

My guess is about $20000 more than it's worth.

$42k seems reasonable for an art box with blinking lights.
