Quoted from Ruger:FYI - it looks like the hotel information email will go out within 24-72 hours after pre-registering, so get your show pass and then you'll get the link for hotel within a few days. Probably spacing things out to avoid crashing hotel web-sites as well.
Per Facebook they say it will be a "couple days at least" to make sure enough people get a chance to pre-register. I don't like not knowing. At least if I can set an alarm I'm just fighting server load and won't sleep through it. It's way more convenient staying at the Gaylord.
