I finally had a chance to copy Addams family, Firepower, Flash Gordon, and Medieval Madness. Here's Addams family when I had it almost finished. Was under a deadline for buyer and literally finished it as he pulled in my driveway. I'm still finishing a list of Arcade cabinets, and i'm pretty much done with those, I think i'll cater to the Pinball side of collecting. This cabinet was made with a really nice cabinet grade Canadian birch, and 1/2 MDF where it was used on the factory cab.

Hopefully in October, i'll be doing strictly pins. It will take me a while to build up my different pins I will be able to make. I'm definitely going to have to buy more pins to be able to vector them into my cnc software. addamsfamily_019.JPG

Thanks! I strive for 100% accuracy on these, as I know it's critical for the factory parts to fit correctly. The small 45 degree around the base of the cab is fun to do lol. I do that with a hand router, and a bit with a roller bearing on it. I do need to source out the blind nuts, the studs for the speaker assembly piece, so those will all be installed during assembly.

I have a good friend who paints/stencils arcade cabinets for me, he will offer painting on the pin cabs, and is working on the silkscreened warning on the back of the heads for the wpc 95 cabinet.
He's going to let me borrow his black knight pin to copy soon. He will also be stenciling pin cabs as well, so we can offer a cabinet ready for parts install. Still got a big guns and a kiss pin to copy here too.

Yes, that's the bit. Once you get it set up correctly, it will do both sides perfectly. I made a zero clearance backstop on mine. I use a woodpeckers brand router table with a phenolic top, quick lift system, and a porter cable 3 1/4 HP router motor. I have a bout 1600.00 in the router table setup, and well worth it for quality results. I have an Attack from Mars, Firepower, and another Addams family to do yet, i'll post up pics when those are done.
