    Frustrating but at least you did not show up and it happened.

    Some threads of buyers driving out only to find they sold it.

    The rule I learned for craigs deals is to have cash on hand (your craigsfund) and soon as you see the ad tell them you will be over right away.

    If its out of town a few hours those I never have luck with. Best to stick local on the killer deals.
