Add me to the list of guys that would never ever recommend MAD to anyone. Why treat the US guys so well and international customers so poorly? Is it racism, arrogance or just plain stupidity?
All my trouble came from trying to remove an item from an order only to be charged a 20% re-stocking fee when the item had never even left the shelf. When I questioned it my account was removed. He was happy to lose a customer that had spent a considerable amount with him for the sake of several bucks.
Happy to spend my $$$ elsewhere where I have never had any such issues. I don't get the pitiful excuses that the postal service webs site is down, or there has been bad weather and nothing is shipping, MAD's internet isn't working and the other bullshit stories I got when my order hasn't been shipped a few weeks after I had ordered and paid for it.
