I placed an order with MAD and everything shipped very fast. Here is actually a section from my email with mike on feb 4th.

He even refunded shipping costs because it was cheaper than expected. I am not sure about anyone else's issues but I was very happy. Not defending anyone on this just stating my experience with MAD. I hope everyone else in the future gets the excellent treatment I did

Thank you for your order. The Funhouse slingshot plastics are
silkscreened reproductions. Although we have sold many without any
complaints, we did have a few customers mention that the colors have
differences when compared to the original. Since we were notified about
this, we are asking each customer if they feel it will be a problem before
we process the order.

That's not a fair statement to blanket everyone in that area as shitty customer service. There are shady people all over.
