In the EM era a lot of games had 1 player versions, 2 player versions, 4 player versions, replay versions and Add-a-Ball (AAB) versions. Then they did some that were identical for export.
El Dorado (single player replay)
Solar City (two Player replay)
Target Alpha (4 player replay)
Gold Strike (1 player AAB)
Lucky Strike (1 player AAB export to Italy)
Canada Dry (4 player replay export to France)
El Dorado City of Gold (4 player SS version)
Those are all pretty much identical layouts. With the coming of solid state and DMD games this was pretty much dropped. Of course you could argue that some games are VERY similar (TAF and Monopoly) for instance or mirror images of each other (ES and WWind).
