Kaneda reported this morning that LFS left Stern 9 months ago and has been working at CGC on Cactus Canyon. This is stunning news to me, especially if his previously reported rumor of Steve Ritchie to JJP is also true

I love Lyman code but am happy to see him leaving Stern, he’s been burned out for five years. People that are driven often forget to take time for themselves each day. Odds are Lyman will continue to program pinball machines (even if part-time) and ironically will burn more hours a week than when he worked at Stern. My dreams of his fixing two things in TWD code have died.
Thanks for not downvoting! I just thought it was a shocking piece of information and needed to be discussed here if true.
K does get a lot of stuff wrong but he does sometimes have good information …

CGC has a seminar at SFGE tomorrow night and LTG hints that they might have some interesting information to share... will be there in person and report back here with anything I might hear that is relevant to this thread.

Nothing was said about Lyman's status. Someone did try to broach the subject and it was somewhat laughed off.... so it continues to be a mystery. I assume that once the official announcement is made (allegedly in 4-6 weeks) about CCr it will be known at that time if Lyman did any work on it.
