Check your 5 volts on the power supply first. Sounds like its low or failing. Could be something as simple as fuse clips or a wire plug issue. Or some solders could be bad.
Check the power supply plug for the sound board as well. Usually best to repin it with trifurcon pins in a proper housing. IDC suck
