I have recently picked up a LW3 pinball and I have noticed some strange writing at the bottom of the DMD as per the below photo. There was an issue with the power supply board that was installed although I have for now installed a xpin power supply while I get the original board repaired.

Has anyone seen this before and if so what is the cause and what needs to be checked.

Mine does the same thing occasionally. Always assumed it was a DMD
controller problem but doesn't happen enough to bother with. I've had
this machine for about 20 years now and it hasn't gotten worse (or better).
Would be interested in hearing from someone that has solved this as well.

Check the LW3 owners thread, a bug related to a software revision I think.

Mine only shows it when set to free play.

I don't recall what version software i have but can check later.
