Check fuse F6 on the PPB board. Pull the fuse out and test it for continuity with a meter. As far as I can tell, it's part of the circuit you're having trouble with.
Of course, the manual has conflicting info regarding that fuses rating.
The first page of the LW3 manual says F6 on the PPB should be a 5 amp slo-blo fuse, but the PPB schematic in the manual (pg. 63) is saying 3 amp slo-blo fuse. If you pull the fuse and find it's blown (again, you need to check it with your meter for continuity), I'd try replacing with a 3 amp slo-blo first, and listen/watch the game carefully when you turn it on in case any of the coils are locking on. I'm not sure if the 5 amp or 3 amp fuse is correct, perhaps someone more experienced with these machines could chime in. You could also try the LW3 club and see if anyone can verify which fuse their game has.
