I’m struggling to get my Lucky Ace to start, score motor won’t stop running. I referred to other posts here on the subject and understand most of the logic needed to troubleshoot the issue. Can someone tell me if the fingers on the ball count unit are in the correct position when reset, specifically the one I have the end of the sharpie pointed at. It looks like it is past the contact. Thanks

You could compare against the wire colors on the schematic. For example:

The first wiper above should line up with the sole contact at reset. The second wiper on the other hand should be one before the sole contact.
