This is in reference to a WPT I'm shopping out. Got the mouse trap off and took it apart (this is the "jail bars assembly that holds the ball for the Ace in a Hole), the existing one is just about literally dripping in oil / grease / something (the little coil the releases the bars was literally wet).
My question: I know the in general parts in a pinball machine don't require lubrication, but for the most part I've just done spinners, bumpers, and a drop target or two. So 1) do I need to use lubrication on the the mouse trap, and if so 2) what kind would be used? I don't see any recommendations in the manual.
Thanks in advance!
