My little half-sister (16years old) loves playing pinball and already came to a classic tournament with me (EMs and some EE machines). She even finished higher than me
Sure that says nothing about if she will still be interested in pinball 30 years from now. But not all kids loose interest after some games.
But i can also give a contrary example: We had a kid over (16yo boy) who could play on my new JP Premium. After 10 games he came back and begun playing fortnite on his switch. Even tough he can play that at home all the time and the pin was a one time chance
I will never understand it. I'm an avid gamer myself. But nothing comes to the real feel of steelballs (glad i added steel ) bashing around unpredictably.
