The 7th Annual Louisville Arcade Expo is being held once again at the Ramada Plaza in Louisville, KY, March 3-5 2017. Three days of retro gaming - including pinball, video arcades, classic consoles and computers. We'll have costume contests, console tournaments, music, seminars, a charity raffle, and more!

We have a room rate of $79.95 at the Ramada Plaza which is conveniently located at the corner of I-64 and Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville Ky (9700 Bluegrass Parkway, Louisville, KY 40299). The hotel has an airport shuttle, so fly in, take the shuttle, and have a good time. The hotel is located near many restaurants and other activities. Bring a full size pinball or arcade video game for free play and get a free admission for each game you bring! Give us a heads up by registering your games on our website if you are planning on bringing some to help with our layout planning. For every game you bring and every day the game is at the show in playing condition, you will be entered into a drawing for door prizes. Last year we gave away a lot of awesome stuff from CPR and other great prizes, like soldering stations, tools, stuff from Marco, stuff from Stern, Jersey Jack, Pinball life, etc...

Just a reminder to book your room at the hotel...there is a big volleyball tournament or something going on that weekend that will also book rooms at the hotel, so it will sell out for sure. So if you like to play games, and then walk (or stumble ) back to your room you should reserve one.

Sorry about that, that is why we usually just tell people to call. Although calling didn't work for Scott. I think there site is intermittent and it is impossible to get the hotel to straighten it out.

Our featured speaker this year is Jack Guarnieri of Jersey Jack Pinball - We're excited to have Jack at our show for the first time along with his newest game Dialed In. Make sure to stop by Larry Kitchen's Flip N Out pinball booth at the show and play a few games.

Super happy to announce that we will have a featured artist at this year's show - Dirty Donny!

Donny will have a table at the show and will be available for signing his amazing art. We're super excited to have him at this year's show.

Like others have said, there will be a Main and Classics tournament. The Circuit stops were just announced and it looks like we are on the PAPA circuit again. Please thank our friends from PAPA at the show for all they do! If you haven't played in the tournament before, don't be afraid to ask someone questions. It can seem overwhelming at first, but once you play in it, you will have a blast.

On Sunday while the Main finals are going on there will be a pin golf tournament for those didn't qualify. We did this a number of years ago, and thought it would be great to do again.

For those in town on Thursday before the show, there will also be a tournament Thursday evening before the Expo at Zanzabar - which if you are coming in town for the show that weekend, you should swing by there at some point and play some of their great games. Thursday is our setup day, so if you are bringing a game, you are welcome to set it up Thursday afternoon and then head down to that pre-expo tournament.

Wednesday at the hotel bar (in the front of the hotel) for those in town before the show there will be a split flipper tournament called 'Pintucky'. More info on that will come later.

So plenty of pinball tournaments going on!

We're going to end pre-registration admission sales this Saturday Feb 18th. You can still pay at the door after that, and register games though.
