These seem to be really hard to find so replacing it does not seem like an easy thing to do. Anyone ever experience sound or vibration like this coming from theirs?

I have removed the metal L piece below the transformer on my AFM. It does not vibrate anymore.

A broken fuse holder can cause such a reaction, among other things.... I would remove it from the circuit and hook it to a dummy load.
