Quoted from drsfmd:Today? He's most often spotted on http://lonelyvirgil.net/.
Oh, snap! That’s the hardest I’ve laughed in a long, long time!!!
Arnold Palmer was the King of Autographs. Never charged, always signed, and made it a point to write his name legible.
Quoted from spfxted:Just tell him you are a film director and collect pinball machines for your massive screening room in Hollywood. He won't cancel....
Haha! Sit down on his leather couch, pat the seat beside you, and say “sit next to me and let’s see what we can do to get your career back on track!”
Quoted from spfxted:Been a friend of Tom Savini for 30 years. We've had talks about this stuff before. Tom can be the nicest guy in the world and also a real dick.
He HAS gotten better over the years. One time I was with him at a Chiller Convention. He had his bull whip. We were with a big crowd chatting about make up effects. He says, "Hey Ted, go over there, put the cigar in your mouth and I'll snap it in half with my whip." Of course everyone laughed. I put the cigar in my mouth and moved about 20 feet away. (yes, I was drinking a lot of tequila!) Everyone just gasped. He flicked the whip behind him and let it fly. It took the cigar right out of my mouth!
And if I find the photos, I'll post them here.
I grew up in Monessen, where Tom has his Makeup School program...is it still up and running?
Quoted from KozMckPinball:Lou Ferrigno called. He feels slighted that he has not been mentioned in his dedicated namesake thread for 3 pages now...
Hulk sad
