Received mine yesterday. The quality is very good and installation was easy. I had to adjust the base as the eye was about 2-3 degrees off, so it looked to the right of the player. I cringed as I gripped the base and twisted, but it moved and didn't break.
This mod is a lot of money ... but I've paid far more for far less. I think it's a fair price considering the labor that must go in to get these assembled.
Very hard to get a good picture, but here's the 1 in 20 shots that looked pretty good:

Well worth the wait and the money.
Funny thing is I never new my original Palentir bulb was out ... until I was putting the new one in. One of those duh moments. No going back though ... this is a far superior option.
