If you search his posts in the thread (using the silhouette icon up at the top right of his post) you'll find that he posted a link just 2 posts ago. That's exactly how I found out where to order it when I bought mine.

Link has been down for a while. Probably only goes up when he has some for sale.

I am 6 feet tall and I noticed the same thing. The angle is about 4-6" off in how it's attached to the back of the sphere. I really didn't notice until I had everything back together but I didn't bother messing with it since I am the tallest person who plays it. The majority of everyone else gets the proper view with the image taking up the entire sphere. I would guess that you could bend or replace the mounting bracket to change the angle if you really wanted to.

$150 for the V1 and $200 for the V2 with the fader is what Jay charged for them.
