IIRC, the reds were faint (possibly clogged screen) on the 3rd or 4th run. I've owned both and favor the flesh colored faces on a perfectly screened playfield.
No playfields are perfect. Some have registration issues, alignment issues, or color issues. A great example is IPB Addams Family playfields. They look like they are 1/8" off side-to-side, as the switches aren't centered in the outlanes.
