Well I removed the mylar and noticed that the insert was not flush, it was sunken on the bottom side. This is why they put the mylar on there. My friend & I raised it level and used some water-based glue to lock it in place. We then also used the glue on top to fill in the gap that was there from it getting knocked around a bit. Some cleanup under the insert to remove the black gunk and we are all set to go.
