If you played these two pins back to back, the differences in how they play would be quickly and obviously noticeable. TWD is a much faster and more brutal pin than LOTR. Yes, LOTR is a bit deeper but the long ball times can be a real negative after you have the pin for awhile.
I much prefer how TWD plays.
